Officer Training Command is not involved in any way with the selection process for OCS or any other Officer Program. Our mission is to train individuals who have already been selected for an Officer Program.

  1. If you are a civilian, please contact your local Navy Recruiting Office (link below) for more information on the Officer Programs (OCS, ODS, DCOIC) application process.  Request to speak with Officer Programs.  If you are interested in a medical program, specifically ask for a medical recruiter.  A recruiter is your sole point of contact for questions relating to career options, requirements, waivers, and start dates.
